Welcome to Run.Vet! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Run.Vet website, mobile app, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Run.Vet is a platform that connects pet owners (“Users”) with licensed veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other service providers (“Providers”) for mobile veterinary services, pet transportation, prescription delivery, and more. We also offer subscription wellness plans for pets.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Own or be the legal guardian of the pet being treated
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Services Offered

Run.Vet offers the following services, subject to availability in your area:
• In-home veterinary visits
• Subscription wellness plans
• Pet medication and food delivery
• Pet transportation
• Telehealth consults
• AI-powered chat support and appointment scheduling

4. Medical Disclaimer

While Run.Vet connects you with licensed veterinary professionals, we are not a medical provider ourselves. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment plans are the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian delivering your service.

Telehealth consultations may not be suitable for all conditions. In emergencies, always contact a local emergency animal hospital.

5. Subscription Plans

Run.Vet offers three subscription tiers (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3). By enrolling in a plan:
• You agree to recurring charges (monthly or annual)
• You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice
• Missed or unused services do not carry over unless otherwise specified

6. Booking and Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Service fees must be paid in full at time of booking
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and in-app payment tools
• No-show appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee

7. User Responsibilities

By using Run.Vet, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your pet and its health history
• Ensure your pet is safely restrained and accessible at time of visit
• Treat all service providers with respect and courtesy

8. Provider Relationships

Veterinarians and technicians are independent contractors and not employees of Run.Vet. We vet Providers carefully, but we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or medical judgment of Providers.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Subscription plans are non-refundable after 7 days of activation unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy and Data Security

We take your data seriously. All personal and pet medical information is protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare data laws. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

Continued use of Run.Vet after changes means you accept the new Terms.
